Measuring the Trust Factor in Online Reviews

Reviews are a major part of online marketing.
How many reviews does a consumer look at before they make a decision to buy? 10
How many reviews does a consumer look at before a level of trust is established? 6-10

Without a minimum of six 5-Star online reviews on the first page of a search, your business is not trusted.
It has been established by research that the trust factor looks like this: 1 star = 38% trust, 2 stars = 54%, 3 Stars =68%,  4 Stars = 84% and 5 Stars = 100%  factor.

Imagine a customer types in your business name into Google and finds mostly bad reviews. What to you think will happen?  They go somewhere else. Now, imagine a customer typing in your business name and they find 5 Star Reviews about you that are positive.

Now, let me ask you this, they find positive reviews, watch them and at the end of each is your phone number. What’s the next thing they will do?

Right, call you. And why? Because they are looking for the best company with the best reputation.

If your online reviews are less than stellar, email me now, so that we can send the bad reviews onto oblivion and start driving more traffic to your business.
